Fresh Rom Install

Trying to flash Fresh rom, using rom mgr to download, wipe data/cache, and dalvik. Keep getting stuck on the htc evo screen. Ive even done a factory reset and cant get past the evo screen. Any ideas???

How long are you waiting on the EVO screen? Some ROMs can sit there for quite a while (up to 5min) before they boot past this. Especially if it's the first boot up.
