From 4.1.2 to 4.1.1?

Has this happened to anyone else? My S3 was vers. 4.1.2 when I bought it and now it's 4.1.1, I haven't done any updates or anything.

Are you sure it was 4.1.2? Sprint has just begun rolling out 4.1.2 in the last week, so unless you bought your phone in the last day or two I'd be surprised if it wasn't 4.1.1 all along.

Positive, I know because I was looking at it when comparing to my wife's phone that also got pushed back a version (I think, this one I am not sure because I don't actually remember seeing her version) that I wrote about here

I am not disputing you but I think it is impossible to go just back a version barring some kind of major malfunction. Even if you factory reset after an update, it should stay on that update. The only way to revert to a previous version would be to use Odin back and reflash the stock or maybe flash an old nandroid backup. I would take your phones in to Sprint if you are sure they have gone back because there's no normal way that should happen.
