How can I download the photos from my phone to my computer?

Plug your phone cable into a USB port on the PC, once the computer recognizes it, drag and drop the photos off your phone and/or SD card

After my PC recognize the phone, I go to my computer and open the Camera Folder but it is empty...

What is the version of your Windows? And I'm not sure if you know this already or not, but the folder where your camera photos are under DCIM.

I found out what the problem was... I just had to choose between two things on the phone. Now everything is ok.

LE : I found all my photos under DCIM, but I really can`t find the videos :| someone knows where to find them?
