front camera question

ok. my phone is rooted. it doesnt have even a month that i've owned it. now it just recently started freezing on me. the gmail was stuck sync'ing for like 3 hours. i did a factory data reset. everything worked good but now i noticed that my front facing camera doesn't run as smooth and fast as it used to. any help would be appreciated. if not i'm just gonna have my wife call and complain to customer care.
