Front camera

Just ordered a 6p from Best Buy and when it showed up I went through the setup getting it ready to use. Problem is when I go to the camera the front camera will not load. Has anyone else had this problem? I have gone through all the normal troubleshooting all the way to factory reset. Any thing else I should try?

I think you should take it back. If you've tried the normal stuff, it could just be a bad unit.

You should take it back. My first Nexus 6p had a defect in the rear camera. Whenever I took a video you would hear clicking noises. But the second unit I got has been fine.

I contacted Best Buy and they are sending me a new one out today.
