Front facing camera option disappeared.

I was using snapchat on my Revvl 2 and when I switched the the front camera the screen became kind of like TV static but with blueish lines covering the screen so I closed out of the app and now there is no option to switch to the front camera on any app. I've tried factory resetting and it did nothing.
