Front flash isn't working on third party apps

When I try to use front flash in story cam (instagram), white screen appears but the pic is taken just after the flash, result: dark photo. In video mode it doesn't even appears!

FB Messenger is almost the same but the white screen never appears!

If the flash is working fine in the stock camera app then it is most likely to be the third party app. Try contacting the app developer.
Or you could use the stock camera to take the photos then upload them wherever you need.
