Frontier Weather Widget Time Off by One Hour

I have my Gear S3 Frontier connected by bluetooth to my Galaxy S7. In the weather widget, it shows the time to be one hour ahead. When I open the weather app it shows the correct time when it was last synced. I have the time on my S7 set to network time. There doesn't seem to be any settings anywhere on the phone or watch for time settings for the watch app. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Make it 4. My weather widget is 1 hour ahead as well.

Looks like it does not automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time. But the watch does.

I noticed this as well yesterday. Interesting enough, I checked the app on my phone through the Gear app, the time seems to match correctly at least on the last updated time stamp.

The weather app was updated this morning on my S3 Frontier Bluetooth and now the time is correct. Looks like someone is reading these forums.
