With all the rumors floating around regarding the delay of froyo on galaxy S devices, I can't help but wonder whether Samsung is to blame or the carriers.
On one hand, Samsung has already pushed froyo on Galaxy S devices in Europe ... I do not know if there has been some problems with those updates. They pushed it out in Canada - with some problems. It appears Samsung is capable of pushing froyo on Galaxy S phones but why not on the devices on US carriers?
On the other hand, all the other carriers have had other phones upgraded to froyo. So it is not like they don't want their phones upgraded.
As for me, I am not even looking forward to froyo after I got DJ05. The only feature that froyo has that I don't have and I want to have is more language options for tts. And if is not there I can live with that. So unless the upgrade is to Android 3.0, I am not excited anymore.
