Frozen keyboard on Galaxy S4

There is a fix, go to task manager by holding home button. Go to Clear Defaults and click on TouchWiz home and clear it's cache.

Re: Frozen keyboard

My husband has had this exact same problem with the keyboard freezing in place when searching in the Twitter app, also since the upgrade. It doesn't happen in any other app he uses. We've cleared cache/reinstalled Twitter, cleared cache on the keyboard, etc but nothing resolves the issue. He has discovered if he just taps a key on the unresponsive keyboard and then waits about 30 seconds, it will finally clear itself. Anyone with a better solution?
When you are on the typing screen on your notification panel at the top of your screen you will see a keyboard just tap it and use swype as a keyboard.

If you've found this thread in search of a fix, I have one for you. When you type something to search within the Twitter App, do NOT click on a twitter result. Instead, click the magnifying glass icon that shows up on the keyboard interface. This will then load what you typed into Twitter's search. So, as long as you know the actual hashtag or Twitter Handle, you should be fine.

My S4 likes to freeze the talk to text screen if I use it more then 3 times and it doesn't go away unless I restart my phone. I haven't had any issue with twitter.... yet
