I just finished setting up my new Android Tablet to the way that I like it. Installed apps, setup the widgets, got the settings to the way I like them, etc. But due to a malfunction with the Tablet I have opted to exchange it for a new one.
When something similar happened with my iPhone I was able to plug the new one into my computer and sync it with iTunes which completely restored the new iPhone the way the old one was, every setting was the same, all the apps were there and games were where I left off, etc.
Is there anything like that to use on my Android tablet? I'd really hate to have to go and do everything again.
