fullscreen problem

Hello everyone, my name is boris and I just got a tab 3, I have a problem with it. I figured out how to have the screen mirroring with my tv and it works good,but the problem I have is when I go watch a tv show on a website and I flip the tab horizontal and click on the expand button on the website my whole screen starts flickering with different kinds of color and you cant really watch tv like that, is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks for the help!!
