Fuzzy Screen??

Whenever I have my brightness on auto, the screen dims (as it should, right?). Only thing is, the display turns a bit grainy or fuzzy almost mimicking a newspaper or sheet of paper.. Is anyone else's screen like this? When I have the brightness level on full blast, it looks great. I took a screenshot only to see that the fuzziness didnt show up in the screenshot..

Yes, I can see it when I have a grey background like when the app market is loading. I see lines or fussyness as you call it. It's disappointing really. =|

Yeah it's really noticeable there, the sms app and of course my homescreen bc it's grey.
