I was thinking about getting the Thunderbolt yesterday so I went to the nearest Best Buy and was talking the salesman and using his Thunderbolt demo unit. I asked him if he would honor the Verizon website price of $199.99. He said he couldn't and his manager wouldn't either. Disappointed, I went home and called a Best Buy a little further from my house and got a verbal agreement from the manager there that he would sell it to me for that price $199.99. I then called a Verizon Zoom place near my house and he said he would have to check with his manager but when asked if he would also include my NE2 of $30 he said they would not be able to give me both. I call BS on that but I would prefer to get it from Best Buy anyway because I like there insurance plan better and there trade in policy. I liked the Thunderbolt a lot but thought it was heavy. Great feel to it though and the screen was nice. It is basically like my DINC but with a larger screen. Anyway, after reading all the reports about the battery is making me think twice about this phone. I can not believe they only put a 1400 mAh in it.
Makes you feel like they do it to increase battery sales.
