Anyone else having this problem with G-Nex: When I go to VZN voice mail, and push a number for my password, the system hears it as being pushed twice. So '1" is being recognized as '1-1' etc. VZN just told me to take off my screen protector, but that's not helping much. Very aggravating...

When I initially set up my VM, before I switched over to Google voice, same thing happened to me.

I set my password as "xx1x", but the system recognized it as "xx11x". No clue why it would happened.

Go to googlevoice.com and follow the directions to set up a google voice lite account. Follow the directions and they will eventually give you a number to call. This number will call some verizon crap that says they dont support it or something....but then your vvm will show up on google voice app.....you have to set it up on the computer, you cant do it all on your phone.

As for verizon voice mail im sorry...i got nothing for that.

How did you get google voice to work? When i tried it it said could not be set up with my provider?

After you download GV, you need to set the forwarding. If you go into the settings and then voicemail, it should give an option to do the *71 forwarding. After that's down, any calls that go to voicemail will be forwarded to your GV number and then all voicemails will be handled by GV and not the systems "dial-out" VM system.

I find my bionic has that problem when using the speakerphone. Taking it off speaker lets me enter codes accurately.
