i did. same result. i've researched the issue and am pretty convinced its a hardware issue despite what the clowns at lg say

Have you found the issue as i have the same problem, i opened the phone up and pushed down every connector that was connected to the battery but i still ave the same issue.

no fix. just going to move on i guess. will never buy another lg phone again...
