G2 oem battery?

I am looking for backup Tmobile G2 battery and I look through ebay and find the following:

NEW OEM Battery for Tmobile G2 HTC Vision BB96100 USA - eBay (item 110637441712 end time Feb-16-11 20:05:59 PST)
Claim to work with G2

However, I heard story that BB96100 does nto work with G2. So I want to now, does it work or not?

Have no idea. I bought the one straight from android central store with a dock and have been satisfied with it.
