g6 charging

Got my LG g6 yesterday. Coming from the motor z force and I love this phone so far. Played with s8 and didnt notice to difference between the g6 and s8.

The problem I have is I put the phone on charge while I slept and in 2 hrs only charged up 15%. Anyone else have this problem with this phone yet?

You have to use the charger that came with it or you should take the phone back.

Did use the supplied charger. Ill give it another day or 2 then go from there

I'm not using the charge that came with mine and it's charging fine. Hell it's not even fast charging because it's some cheap crap I bought from Home Depot.

Any charger should work. Speed will depend on that chargers output. Ive had no problem with any charger so far.

Double check the usb-c port for dust, etc. Try a different charger and push the cable in firmly. Good luck. Keep posting.

Mine charges a little slower than my G4 did, using the charger that came with it. Next time I will try the charger that I used for my G4 (it is Verizon branded) to see if that is faster.

Charged it again and it charged a little slower than my moto z force. Seems like it's good to go now.

If the charging speed persists, I too suggest returning it for another model.
