G6 rebooted twice

My G6 rebooted twice today...I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. Has this happened to anyone else?

The first time was while it was changing.

The second time was when I hit the recent apps button, my phone froze and it rebooted.

I'm getting scared...

Ive had mine since launch as well. Didn't have that problem with G5. I mean this is the first occurance but it's scary

Any new apps you've added recently? Just wondering if it might be related to that?

no new apps. and correction the first time it rebooted was when it was charging and I was using GPS (most inconvenient time for it to turn off)

Try not to worry! Sometimes phones will just glitch or have a bug here and there! My Honor 8 sometimes does some wonky things (like the lockscreen waking for no apparent reason!); but I usually chalk these types of things up to age and just to, "hey, it's technology, it'll do weird things sometimes. " Plus, LG is offering a two-year warranty on their products, so even if something is wrong, you're covered!

Perhaps a factory reset could help (so long as your important data is backed up). I'd do the factory reset and see what happens next before worrying. You mentioned it has done this before while you w're heading in and out of the city - what was your signal like when the restarts occurred?

My signal was fine. It happened before I went into the Lincoln Tunnel which is where you lose all signal because you're traveling below the river. Idk. It hasn't happened since. I don't go there often so I guess if it doesn't happen in my everyday life that it's not something to worry too much about

Hmm, perhaps the tunnel was the variable here. If it hasn't happened since, I wouldn't worry about it too much!

Also, random question: what colour G6 did you get?

Platinum silver, but I swear there seems to be a tint of blue lol.

I can believe that! HTC U11's Amazing Silver also looks blue in certain lights.
