AUB6 is available for download via Frija for the US unlocked S21 Ultra (SM-G998U1).

(EDIT: Includes March 1 Android security patch.)

By the way, does anyone know why Sammobile has no firmware listed for the SM-G998U1 (only for the SM-G998B and SM-G9980)?

Yeah, it's not just the latest version--they don't have anything at all for G998U1.

S21 256gb Unlocked March Update

Just received my March Update, phone is unlocked running on Verizon network. Sent my old S10 128gb to Tenn. for upgrade program, it arrived to them yesterday. It had a screen protector, camera glass protector, and a case from day one. Looks brand new, now the wait begins to hear from them.

US Unlocked S21 ultra with T-Mobile SIM no update (T-Mobile you suck )

Put in my old inactive Verizon SIM, restart and check for update. As usual pulled the update.

No it just different build numbers between unlocked and carrier version

HUmm, i have t mobile and an unlocked version of the phone, so will i not get any update at all from t mobile ? I would then have to manually download it and install though odin ?

Once t-mobile certifies it then samsung will push it out
