Galaxy A3 2017 a320fl mhl not working any more

[Android Central Question]

I no it isnt supposed to be mhl compatable but i defo managed to cast to my tv using ezeecast app old version and never used no dongle but it did used to work with my hdmi port on my tv using the mhl wire ive since found out it my phone isnt even mhl compatable cant understand how it used to work and now dosnt ??
