Galaxy A5 (2017) mirroring on Samsung smart TV

My Galaxy A5 (2017) only shows photos and videos when using "smart View" to display on my Samsung smart TV. Model UA55F9000.

When streaming You Tube on my phone I can cast to the TV.

How can I cast to the TV when streaming movies on the phone via google?

Any help appreciated.

Hi, I think you are having issues with casting your phone while watching Youtube content. Please head to settings in Youtube app and select 'Watch in TV' option. Configure your TV in that app and you will be able to easily cast your Youtube content on your smart tv.
