Galaxy A5 screen flickers on low brightness

Hi. I have Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) and just two days ago the screen started flickering while it is on the lowest brightness. Yesterday I wiped the cache partition just in case and turned it off few times before (I forgot how to get in Recovery mode) and it worked for a while. I haven't dropped the phone recently. The screen does it only on the lowest brightness which I use mostly. Any help? Changing something in developer settings didn't work.
