Galaxy Apps app

Hi, I've been checking out the data storage on my galaxy ace (gt s5830) and noticed that there is about 35mb of data in the "galaxy apps" app. my question is, can I delete this data or will I lose updates etc?

You'll lose the data those apps store. (It's like going into each app in Application manager and tapping "Clear data".)
