Galaxy buds + not enough bass

I too find these to be adequate for my everyday use. Being free is an added bonus. I haven't ordered my +s yet, but I've had 2 pairs of the originals. The reviews I've read/watched say for the money they're a great set of buds. If battery life is important I don't think there's a set out there in any price range that can beat them. Obviously Samsung didn't focus a lot of time on music quality and for the price point there's only so much they could do. I personally would spend $150 on these if they're a step up from the originals and with almost double the battery life I'd say they are. Considering there isn't much else to buy with the credit it's a no brainier.

What I don't understand is how so many people can complain so much about something that was FREE. I can understand all the complaints about the phone, because it cost upwards of $1600.

Who says they were free? Mine weren't. If a phone is returned you are charged for the buds, which is logical. However, I returned the phone and since i had will be charged for the buds, the sound was not good enough for me and returned them too. SO THEY WERE NO LONGER FREE!

Sorry, but that's not a valid argument. Considering 90+% of us will not be returning the phone, thus making the buds free. Your buds were not free because if something you chose to do.

It's probably not worth it. Anyway, I believe with all my heart that there's space to fit a headphone jack in a phone, so I intentionally don't and won't buy buds from phone manufacturers who remove the headphone jack. If I could, I won't buy their phones either. So, no Pixel buds, OnePlus bullets, Apple Airpods, Samsung Galaxy buds etc. Sony might be the exception to the rule since I like the WH-1000XM3, but then again, they're not buds.

For those of you who have both the old buds and buds plus, which has the best overall sound and bass?

Guess your next phone will be an LG

They are only free if you keep the device and that's a given. Reality is nothing is ever free. If the got rid of the free stuff the devices would cost less.
