Anyone that has been able to register them at Samsung? Everytime I try and enter the serial number I get an error that doesn't exist?
 
Same here. Downloaded the app on my S10+, logged into my account and was able to register for the buds from there. Hardly had to enter any info since it reads the info from the phone im using to register. Really easy and fast.
 
I am talking about new product registration not to get them. I already have them. Trying to register the SN from the buds.
 
sometimes they ask you to register your phone when it's already registered. but you're getting a message that yours doesn't exist so that's weird

Try asking in the Samsung preorder thread. They're the only ones that have actually received the buds already.
 
I registered mind in the Samsung+ app... Just hit the + in the top right corner and it lets you register
 
Samsung customer service is the worst. I might get a twitter account to voice my displeasure with them
 
I did have to dig around on the app to find it, but finally did. Got an email today that it was rejected because it wasn't within the date window! I snapped a pic of 2 documents stating it was pre-ordered on the 23rd! Of course - nothing is ever easy.....
