Galaxy Earbuds have shipped!

I also have a trip coming up, so hoping to get them tomorrow. Is delivery signature required? At work during the day so I can't sign for them or reroute to my work. Fingers crossed

I find that the signature part is not really consistent... I think it depends on the sender, area and driver.

With FedEx the sender can designate that a signature is required but that cost extra and very few do it. If no signature is required then it appears to be up to the driver and maybe depot manager based on the area if they can leave it. I think they leave it up to the driver for the most part they know the area they are in pretty well.

finally got my buds approved lmao... had to do a manual submission on March 13th and it just got approved now... they said they sold out of buds and will give me a ecertificate for $130.00 and that it will take 4-6 weeks to get to me... oh well at least i got it

Submitted my claim on 3/9. Initially, Samsung said it would ship week of 4/15. Last week, it was updated to 4/8. Today, I checked the app, and it said it would ship this week.

After all that excitement, I may just sell them.

My white earbuds which were supposed to ship April 15th is getting delivered next Tuesday but my black earbuds which was supposed to be shipped by April 5th still hasn't shipped.

Just got off the phone with Samsung and was told it's not cause my BB and Samsung email accounts didn't match it's because of the Flamingo Pink and that every one who ordered that color had problems. I don't know what to believe. I submitted late Monday night the 29th and she said give it till Monday at the latest to hear back.

I'm still waiting on my buds too pre-ordered directly from Samsung in Feb. My order page still expect by mid April with no date. But I got an e-mail last week saying there was a 30 day delay on shipping them. Did anyone else get that e-mail?

Gave up waiting and got the black earbuds off Amazon. arrived within two days. Asked Samsung for the certificate instead.

I got an email and a txt to say my buds were coming today, then got an email at lunchtime saying they were delivered and signed for by someone at my address but I was at work so no one was home and there is no sign of a package outside.

I've contacted the delivery company and hopefully they can tell me who signed because it definitely was not anyone from my address.

Mine arrived today via FedEx. No signature required. Were in a box on the porch when I arrived home.

Mine arrived. Can't say I'm thrilled with them. I think I prefer the Apple airpods as I can just easily sit them in my ear easily whereas with the these I have to work them in a little more just right. I also feel like the apple's are more likely to stay in my ear
