Galaxy Earbuds have shipped!

I have just got my earbuds in the UK.

I am going to leave them unpacked as they are and sell them off.

I already have set up my S10 nicely with a Galaxy Watch Active in Silver and a Clear view Smart case in Green courtesy of Samsung giving me some good vouchers and discounts.

So it's all a bit too much for me in accessories galore to keep the buds plus I don't see myself using them in day to day affairs.

Anyways good luck with the rest of you guys either those waiting or just got them. enjoy your experience

How long did yours take from validated to shipped? Still waiting on mine.

Did they allow you to swap to the ecertificate? I didn't know that was an option

They were validated on the 13th March and sent in the post today 5th April. Just over 3 weeks.

Slow process.

But I think they did mention that they should arrive within 30 days of the validation date. So they should be here anytime soon.

i got my ecertificate... actually got it quicker than expected so all is forgotten with the long wait on just getting approved lol...so im trying to buy the buds on samsung site and of course its sold out smh... might just wait until the black ones restock... was thinking of buying the galaxy s3 watch but then i would have to add my own money to buy it... is it worth it?

I would buy the S3 watch over the Buds any day of the week.

I have an Gear S3 already... and these buds are nice. Sound is good, not Bose quality but I never would have expected that. I can use one at a time and charge the other. I easily get more than 4 hours that I want out of each one anyhow.

That was my one complaint over the Ticpods, I couldn't charge the other bud while one was in.

Why do I have to turn the volume all the way to 100 on both my phone and computer just to get decent sound. I checked all the settings. Media volume, yadda yadda. I have to crank volume to the max its nuts. No fix? Volume is way too low on these

Anyone in the UK, have you had delivery problems? After I got the email saying the buds were signed for by someone at my address despite no one being home I looked at the trust pilot page for dx delivery and the majority of the reviews are from people having similar problems and no response to contact.

I'm genuinely concerned that there's no hope that I'll ever get these buds now.

I also don't understand how a major company like samsung can use a delivery service with such a poor reputation,whats wrong with DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.

the black buds were in stock on the samsung site so i ended up copping those... im happy i got them cuz i didnt want the white ones and the wait was worth it... now have to just wait until they ship on the 26th

My black Galaxy Buds shipped as well and estimated delivery is next Thursday, two days after white buds will be delivered.

Going to put the white buds for sale immediately. They are already flooded in the resale market, hopefully get close to $100 for them selling locally.

got the white ones from Samsung and fund some black ones at tmobile and sprint just wording the right one was at 50 left at 90 out of the box and charging now but is this normal?

Submitted my claim on 3/9. Initially, Samsung said it would ship week of 4/15. Last week, it was updated to 4/8. Today, I checked the app, and it said it would ship this week.

After all that excitement, I may just sell them.

I'm back to week of 4/8.

After alternating between 3/25 and 4/1 several times, mine is now updated to this week. I'm hoping they will finally ship.

I was told I should hear back by today so far nothing re submitted all my info on 3/29. Haven't even heard I was approved yet. I know I should be getting the gift certificate but I want the black buds.

Mine said 3/25 then changed to 4/1 then today it changed to 4/8. At this point I don't even care anymore. Samsung could have done a much better job communicating who was going to get what and when.
