Friday will be 8 weeks and still no Buds here. WTF !

Its wierd other countries are not getting the buds as fast as Indonesia...in Indonesia those who pre ordered the S10 gets the Buds together with the phone...

Does anyone know if I can pair my Buds with my Echo Show? I looked at BT on my Show, and didn't see the Buds when they were in my ears and on.

You would probably have to make sure they are not connected to anything else and in pairing mode.

Did a chat with Samsung support and was told this "I would like to say that there is no option to pair the Galaxy Buds Amazon Echo Show or dot due to the limitations of the product. The Galaxy Buds can only be paired with the phones using the Galaxy Wearable app."

That doesn't sound correct. I was able to pair them to my Kindle....Turned off Bluetooth on my phone, scanned for blue tooth devices on my other device (Kindle). They showed up in the pair list and they paired up. I was also able to pair to my Windows laptop using the same process.

Make sure you take them out of the case.

Sold mine on Ebay. They just never properly fit my ears and actually hurt the inside of my ears. Really uncomfortable for me. My ears just aren't shaped right for this type. The Apple Airpods fit comfortably though and as much as im dreading it, I'm gonna have to order those instead.

I'll give it a try this evening. My initial attempt had Bluetooth on my phone on and they weren't seen by my echo show. I did have them in my ears at least.

With Bluetooth off on my phone, the Buds showed up on my Echo Show and paired successfully. Now I might be able to listen to music while I mow ... will test the range of the Buds. Thanks for your encouragement, ClintRo! So much for Samsung chat support ...

What does your order status say? Mine took half of that and I didn't even submit until maybe 5 days after launch. I forgot to right away.

I haven't even opened mine yet They are still sealed. Since I have an iPhone and the s10, I just use my airpods for both. I dont even have to re-pair them to either device. They stay paired to both phones.

They work just dandy with my Galaxy and much more comfortable. I do feel better now. Those buds killed my ears.

Wired ones come in the box. If your preordered you got the wireless ones free but you had to submit your order and they shipped them. Just like apple. They dont give you the wireless ones free either.

I bought mine through Best Buy so I had to submit my preorder proof of purchase through shop Samsung app.

Still waiting here. Purchased from Best Buy and registered week of the release. Just got a (late) response from Samsung to my case # saying sorry blah blah blah, please wait some more blah blah blah. Samsung's handling of promotion's been ridiculous. That's the 1st and the last time I'm counting on something like that.
