Galaxy Earbuds have shipped!

Is anyone having charging issues with their buds? My ones dont charge when the case is closed, the case charges but buds dont, I've to charge them with the case open. Which works. But is that the correct way?
 
Got mine last Friday but it seems Samsung is only giving white ones I would of like the black ones but free is free

don't worry you will get them Samsung dosent seem to ship them in order they seem to just grab an Bunch of orders and ship them out I had friends who got there buds in just an week after the phone came out

Mine shipped yesterday and it says I will get them on Tuesday. I am getting the black ones using the $130 certificate.

Edit: I am confused cause Samsung uses Fed-Ex and I could of sworn my email said Fed-Ex but then yesterday I get a notification from UPS that I am getting a package from Samsung on Tuesday so I thought oh it must be my ear buds it's UPS not Fed-Ex and then I just happened to look out the window and see Fed-Ex leaving my court and it said motion detected on front porch on my phone. So now I have no idea what is coming Tues from UPS from Samsung it says. But when Hubby got his phone and buds it was Fed-Ex here where we live. Samsung said it looks like it's coming from the repair center and it says 1lb. I didn't ask to send his phone back for repair and they just told me to wait an update was coming so I am confused. Maybe it's a return kit I don't know but we don't need it since we're going to Verizon tomorrow.

I got mine yesterday. They're alot better than I expected. The fit is perfect, the sound and base is amazing compared to my monster headphones and the call quality is excellent. Didn't try them yet in a very noisy environment yet but they seems really good.

Well I just got mine and yesterday I went for a walk and as just listening to my podcast and for free they weren't bad. I like them ok.
 
Mine finally arrived, not an audiophile as such but appreciate good high quality products. I was using the Sennheiser IE7s for the best part of the last five years, they broke in November and have been using the ones bundled with my Galaxy S8 plus since then and have been very impressed with the quality of the ear buds. My first experience with wireless audio for my phone and would definitely recommend them as both a freebie and their current sales price. I was told the range for them was poor so always avoided wireless IE products yet can have them playing music from my phone while in the adjacent spare room that I use for business and gaming with no issues. All this from my day one experience, not sure how these work but IE buds usually take some time to sound great so I've been even more impressed. Oh and no issues with them falling out either, something that has royally pissed me off wqith my IE7s and the ones bundled with both my Galaxy s8+ and S10+

My claim was validated on the 16/3 and i still have heard nothing.

Good to know i'm not the only person having to wait well over 30 days for them
 
Does anyone know if I can pair my Buds with my Echo Show? I looked at BT on my Show, and didn't see the Buds when they were in my ears and on.
 
And they are getting shipped right back.

I tried all the suggestions. Clearing cache, updating buds software, resetting buds, updating every dumb app I have. I still had continuous audio drop outs. After a couple of Samsung troubleshooting sessions, they are going to exchange them.

I know it's not the phone as I don't have these issues with any other BT devices.
 
Just sold my fiancee's airpods 2 and bought the galaxy buds again...lol...sounds not bad.build quality is good.no problems except for Spotify songs are cracking.i thought it was the buds.tried FLAC from my sd card and it didnt even crack a single bit.
