Galaxy J3-6 Videos have no playback sound

Videos I took do not playback sound. I turned everything on in Sound Settings.

Welcome to Android Central! If you copy the video to your computer or some other device, is it still silent?

If you call someone and turn on speakerphone, can they hear you? If not, then there might be a problem with the secondary mic at the top of the phone, which might also be the main microphone the camera is relying on.
