Galaxy Nexus or Samsung Galaxy S3?

Ok I will previously apologize if this is the incorrect place to post this and also for my crappy english!

Here's the deal... I live in Paraguay South America. I want to buy an android phone but i cant decide between de S3 or de Nexus. I really want jelly bean but the carriers here in paraguay are not exactly know for the updates of the OS for the phones.
So if i get the S3 i wont have jeally bean for god know how long, but if i get the nexus i wont have that amazing Tegra 3 and beatiful screen that the S3 has.

You should know that i am not a heavy gamer, I only play angry birds temple run amazing alex etc. But i do want the cutting edge tecnology...

Last question... if i buy the nexus from amazon will it come with the preloaded jeally bean??? (I cant buy it from the PlayStore cuz im from paraguay! :'( )

Which feature is more important to you? If stock android with faster update, then go with Galaxy Nexus. Speed, beautiful display, Nd much better camera. Then go with S3.

If you know how to flash rom then go with S3.

I wish the nexus 7 was a phone! lol!
