Is there a launcher that allows the translucent notification bar? I know you can remove it and stuff, but I don't want to root. Customizable icons like in MIUI would be bonus points.

I could have sworn I answered this but I'm not seeing it?

Anyway, the font is from dafont.com, it's called Beautiful ES Script. Download the zip, unzip to SDcard, and use the widget Minimalistic Text (in settings there will be a fonts folder, just point that to the folder that has the Beautiful ES font in it).
