How did you get the red icons in the notification bar

It's part of the custom theme I'm using, by one of the devs on XDA. I don't have a Nexus, I have a Fascinate, hence my little joke I wrote on my homescreen.

I was finally able to remove the gray bar above Dock icons in Nova Launcher.

It's actually just a widget that allows me to display app icons in that semi-circle, as seen in the screen shot.

Circle Launcher is great. I have not used it on ICS, though because the new app folders work so well. I loved the circle fanning before, but I'm not feeling it as much on ICS. I just put it on my Galaxy Tab 10, though. Trying to find the right setup for that.

Beautiful Widgets. The name of the clock skin is "bracketed_Red" The weather is standard.
