What ROM are you running and how did you get all the buttons(search multitasking ect) on the dock there?

Currently Running aokp Milestone 3, with the tangerine theme.

There are settings under rom control that allows you to change; buttons, button order and color.
(System settings > Rom Control > Navigation bar)

P.S.
Codename Android rom lets you do the same thing.
