I'm 99.99% sure it is the Minimalistic Text widget. I use it sometimes as well. It's pretty awesome, but takes a bit of tinkering to figure out the settings, etc.

It seems like I'll never find peace with my home screen...always trying something new.

Using Nova Launcher with a lot of widget overlapping.

On the the left:

• Minimalist icons ADW theme icon pack (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...5kYXZpZDExNzEubWluaW1hbGlzdCJd&token=IawaoJXg)

On the right, from top to bottom:

• Smooth Calendar (shortened to just use the icon)
• Simple Calendar for actual agenda
• BeWeather
• Last Call Pro
• PowerAmp (latest beta from their forum)
• Flipboard beta

I used another Simple Calendar widget with a transparent black background (and hiding everything else) to achieve the right column background effect. My only problem with this set up is that the widgets don't really line up perfectly, which may or may not bother me over time.
