Galaxy nexus -updating stock 4.2.1 to 4.3 - possible without rooting?

I own a galaxy nexus and im interested in upgrading to 4.3.

update has still not been relesaed on my version of the phone and i wonder if you can help me to speed up the update on my phone.

4.3 looks like it will be coming. You will just have to be patient. The update is at Verizon's pace unfortunately.
