Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) Unable to install Samsung music

Anyone having problem's loading the Samsung Music Hub app? It downloads it but then says that it os unable to install followed by the number "25". Any ideas?

I had the same problem, cleaned data and cache, then it installed successfully.

I'm having issues installing the Samsung Hub. Fir whatever reason, it keeps coming up saying it can't be installed in my country.... I'm living in southern California right now.

I tried clearing cache and data but it didn't work for me. I went ahead and did a factory reset. This allowed me to install the hub. Just glad I didn't have a lot on it yet.
