Galaxy Note 10.1 P600 - won't connect to WI-FI

hello!

i recently updated my galaxy note 10.1 (2014 ver.) P600, 32gb software, and from this point it wont recognize any wi-fi spot. i tried using my home network and also using hotspot from my cell phone. the tablet wont see it, while keeping scanning for networks...

what can i do?
