Not now but probably soon. It's actually 10 dollars more per line if you go with their cheapest plan.

I'm starting to rethink buying my wife a new phone.

1 st it seems Bixby wants access to my phone.
Why.

Now I got to pay more to buy a 5G phone. That I can only use if I drive 80 miles to Houston.
Not cool.

The government wants emergency alerts on my phone.
That I have to go in and turn off.

Who's phone will this be.

I don't know, but could I ask that you stop putting each sentence on a new line, please? It makes your posts take up a lot of space for very little content, and it's inconvenient for us to have to take extra time to scroll past. Thank you.

Even the regular Note10 Plus is 5G compatible, which one real 5G isn't really out yet, So that's also another reason why i didn't get the Note10 Plus 5G, Since the regular Note10 Plus is already 5G compatible.

I've been in 5G territory with my Note 10+.

It never showed nothing but 4G LTE.

Speed was never any faster.

I was told.
If you want 5G.
To buy a 5G phone..
I didn't buy one.
Cause I will not pay extra for 5G.

I live in Laramie Wyoming Everytime i go to Denver My AT&T Note10 Plus in some Areas my 5G shows on My regular Note10 Plus. Which I compared the speed from 4G LTE with 5G and there ain't really not much of a speed Difference Thats cause 5G is not really out, Be a waste of money to of bought a Note10 Plus 5G

Correct me if'n I'm wrong. But AT&t don't have real 5G.
They have 5g evolution isn't actualy 5G
So your phone wasn't actually on 5G

Has anyone been invited to the Unpacked 2020 event? I didn't think there would be "invites" to a virtual event, but I read somewhere that "invites were sent out"?? Really? Anyway, after attending the Unpacked 2019 in Brooklyn, I am bothered that I didn't get an invite for this one - especially if it's virtual so not sure why it's just not open to all!

For those thinking about buying a 5G note 20+ phone.

I called Verizon 1800 tech, support..
You can buy a 5g phone.
And stay on 4G services for your standard phone plan.
But Verizon is gonna charge more for 5G plans.
And 10.00 a month more for being on 5G services.

She said she is sorry for all the things the Verizon phone stores are saying.
So I hope this helps you make a decision if you buy a new Samsung note phone and thinking about 5G.

I thought I had read that all Note 20s will support 5G so it's not like you can avoid it with a new Note 20/20+.

Yeah, I would think that they couldn't force you to a more expensive plan. It would be also pointless unless you even had 5G in the area.

I saw the video, doesn't appear to be anything particularly special about the new Note 20. Will it have the same curved screen? If so, I already lost interest. Will it have the same (wretched) on-screen finger-print reader? If so, doubly lost interest.

We do have very limited areas where I live that do have 5G including where I work. We're talking a couple.of square miles in my entire state.
