Hi Everyone,

Hope you guys are all enjoying your Galaxy Note 3. I have looked on the internet and on here for reviews on the camera. There does not seem to be much info about how the camera holds up in different light conditions, just a few negative comments. I was thinking about the LG G2 as the camera seems to be really good, but they only offer 16gb with no sd expansion in the UK. I was set on buying the Galaxy note 3, but I'm a bit put off by the negative comments I've seen on some of the forums regarding the camera. Any feedback would be really appreciated.

Thanks guys.

My brother has the note 3 an he loves it. I have played with it and I personally think the camera preformed flawlessly an I was using it in a low light condition. This is just my personal opinion but I don't think you will regret buying it. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

I have seen a few reviews that have talked about the camera and if you want an in depth look just refer to a full review of the Galaxy S4. It is essentially the same camera but the Note 3 has a new ISP that allows it to record 4K video. Picture quality will be very close to what the S4 produces. Lots of detail in good light, so so performance at night.

I wasnt expecting much from the camera, but I was pleasantly surprised how strong the camera is after using it for 5 days. Its true low-light pictures have a small bit of noise, but I dont think its as bad as some people are making it out to be. Overall the camera takes excellent crisp pictures and videos. The 4K videos are draw-dropping good - much better than my Canon camcorder.

There are negative reviews on that aspect because they took away the "Night Shot" feature in the camera modes. Seems like they will probably add it back after a software upgrade, though.

You do realize that the 4k in this phone doesn't add any more details? What it does add is little more stuff to the edges (vertical and horizontal).

I hope it's better than my Note 2s because it's garbage. I switched to it from an iphone 4 and my biggest complaints were screen resolution and the camera.

I have both the Note2 and the Note3 and the camera on the 3 is far better 😎

Guess I'll be real happy with the camera on the note coming from the Razor Maxx.

This....and you need a 4K display to claim any improvement, which note 2 doesn't, and there aren't many 4K tvs available yet
