Well this is now on my phone and although I feel better knowing my awesome phone is well protected, the extra girth displeases me.

I just got this thing from Amazon and it's obvious that it cost me under $5.00. Granted, it does protect the case, but it feels real cheap.

I am disappointed too... I called Otterbox and was told they didn't receive a demo unit soon enough to make the case before release. I was told that should be available by the end of the month. You can go to the website and sign up for an email notification.

I will probably be getting the defender but I just received my Red Neo Hybrid that I ordered Oct 16th. So far it really sets off the phone the quality is very good but I hope the back grip gets better it's very slick.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N900V Heavy Duty Hybrid Kickstand Cover Case and a iloome Galaxy Note3 / Note 3 ScreenMate Flex Flexible Glass 8H Hardness Premium Screen Protector for my Note 3 from Amazon. The case is extremely high quality for the price and fits my phone perfectly. The screen protector fits great with the case and works well with the S-Pen. I feel like my phone has great protection with this combo. Only spent $25.00 total for them.

Got my Supcase today. And I must say, I really like this case. The sides are textured rubber with a gloss trim. Very nice to hold. The back is a frost clear plastic which does not attract the typical smudges or light scratches. I've used UAG, incipio, body glove, and otter boxes. I easily like this as much as a UAG which is my favorite. 15$ on amazon. Well worth.....


Update: just found the case doesn't have a cut out for the noise cancelation mic, by the headphone jack. Drilled a hole, and now it's good to go. Contacted the seller though. See what happens.

Otterbox series won't be out until end of October. Our supplier has several hundred of the commuter on back order until end of November which is the projected release.

Ordered an Urban Armor Gear but they are still 2 weeks or better out. I dropped in on all the local places and looked at cases. Ended up at T-Mobile looking at the Body Glove black metal looking case...priced at $30. The salesman came over and was chatting.....told him it was a nice case but I was just looking for a cheapy hold over case till mine showed up. He asked if I would buy it if he dropped the price to $20. No idea why he did....I certainly didn't ask or expect it...but I did appreciate it. Figured at $20 I couldn't go wrong. Seems nice enough but it makes the phone feel crazy square.

I've just placed my order for this. It should fit the note 3 with spigen ultra fit case on it.

I have the Spigen Ultra Fit and I'm looking at purchasing this same brown leather pouch. How has it been working out for you? What's the fit like? Is there any issue with the magnetic closure being around the device and possibly messing it up?

Have you had any issues with the magnetic closure of your leather pouch being around the device? Happen to have any pictures of the Note 3 placed in your leather pouch? I'm curious how much room there is in there.
