Just went through the settings,, does not seem to be a way.

I find it hard to believe that there is no way to mute the mic. Gonna have to try to find a solution...

Your best bet is to just record the video and with some video editing software on your computer edit it out.. I know it's not the easiest way to do it but I guess for now it's an option.

If slow motion works for you then change to that mode. It doesnt record voice at all.

I frustratingly stumbled across this the other day when all my videos I recorded that day had no sound. Just mute your phone. It mutes mic.

Muting my Galaxy S5 worked to mute audio on video as well, Thanks for the tip.

I have a Galaxy A3. I muted my phone and it didn't mute the mic when I did a "test video recording"
