Galaxy Note 3 - How low will prices go, do you think?

I'm waiting to buy until the prices drop, but how low do you think they'll get for the holidays? Right now Negri has an unlocked T-Mobile N3 for $689.50, plus $20 off with a coupon code (NE20OFFCART), so $669.50, no tax, free shipping, but not available yet. Do you think they'll get down to the $600 price range (or lower) for Black Friday? Thanks for your opinions.
