Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Flow

Hello, hope all well. I'm having difficulties in registering my fingerprints to my Galaxy Book 12 using the Galaxy Flow app. I have a Galaxy Note 4 (Sprint) (ver 6.0.1). The G Book recognizes my device as connected/paired however, it still won't register my fingerprints. My prints are registered on my note 4 but the G Book comes back with the following error message "Failed to register fingerprint. Try again." Anyone have had success with the galaxy flow app? Thanks.
