Galaxy note 4 reset to factory oops I need the saved voice mails back

the phone has been crashing and rebooting and acting slow. so I reset it. And my saved voice mails from my husband who just died are gone. Can I get them back?

Voicemails aren't saved to the phone -- they should be saved to your carrier's voicemail system. Make sure the phone is set up with your carrier's voicemail again, and check your voicemail inbox.
