Galaxy Note 4 S-Pen not working?

Bought it yesterday, S-Pen worked once and doesn't do anything currently. Anyone else experienced this? All settings show on.

I have a Note 3 so the settings may have changed.
See if you can create a lasso by circling the pen on the screen while holding the button in.
Air Command in other settings should be on to bring up the pen menu.
