I was originally having camera issues so I decided to replace the camera lens cover, I called AT&T and they are going to replace my device under warranty, but I have changed the camera lens cover to a non stock plastic one that looks exactly the same. I do not know if they will notice or if they will still accept the phone.

They usually don't go over the whole surface of the phone with a magnifying glass - if it comes in with a defective camera, they replace the camera module, then check the phone out, fix anything else that's not up to spec, then return it to a store as a refurb. The defective module goes into the box that gets sent to China to have the gold recovered from the contacts.
