Galaxy Note Edge

I just bought a new Galaxy Note Edge. I cant find out how to activate the Hands-Free Option. It is very necessary for me while driving. Does it exist on this phone?

Will Voice Commands also answer incoming phone call while driving--after I reply, "ANSWER" or if I dont want to answer, reply, "Reject?"
