I updated my note to JB...
But since one month my note turns off automatically..
At first this behaviour of my note was not much hetic... but now it gets switched off frequenty...
Today morning also it turned off 2 times within 20-30 mins..
It gets turned off when it is not in use... i.e. when its on stand-by..
What might be the exact reason behind dis... ?
I m getting frustrated due to such behaviour of my note.. as we all know that it costs high.. so we dont expect such type of activity after paying such a huge amount.....
Please help me solving dis prob...
My note is fully packed... i have attached a 16 GB sd card n all my memory is full of movies... etc etc..
Can it be the reason of problem for my note...
If not, den... can factory reset help me solving d prob... or should i prefer to replacement of my cell.....
Plz help fast....
Thanx
I had purchased my cell 11 months ago.. but its still in warranty..will they accept replacement of my note...

The issue has nothing to do with software. The phone is flawed and shuts off on it's own under various conditions, all hardware related. Take a look at this video: 20130413_212624.mp4 - YouTube

Also take a look at this site I built that goes in to more detail regarding the issue: Verizon Galaxy Note 2 Shuts Off

One look at that short video and I am sure there will be some light bulbs going off. Be sure to read the details I provided on that site as well. They go in to detail about the problems that I have had and the lack of proper support that Samsung is willing to provide.
